Windows XP Visual Studio Opens whenever something crashes

I've got Visual Studio 6.0 installed.
Whenever Gaim crashes (i.e. often) or another program crashed (e.g. Palm Simulator), Visual Studio pops up and tells me that the program crashed - in case I was wondering. It then lets me try to debug the program...
My computer is slow enough without having MS VS popping up. How do I get it to stop?
