What is Visual Studio .NET 2003? Is it better than the
original Visual Studio .NET? How? How do you get it? Email
answer appreciated.

VS.NET 2003 is the current version of Microsoft Visual Studio.
What's new:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/productinfo/overview/whatsnew.aspx

Big items are :
- mobile device support
- targets .NET Framework v1.1
- new data providers

VS.NET 2003 is available in the same channels as VS.NET 2002 -
- retail (buy a box at your local store or on amazon.com, etc)
- volume licensing via Microsoft
- MSDN subscription via Microsoft

If you already have VS.NET 2002 (retail), I think there is a $29 upgrade to
get VS.NET 2003. I thought it was supposed to expire in Sept 2003, so
hurry.
If you have a current MSDN subscription, then you get VS.NET 2003 for free.
If you have a current volume license agreement for VS, again I believe
VS2003 is free.
