Visual Studio .Net 2003 Error

Hi guys!

I am getting this strange error when I attempt to run Visual Studio .Net
2003 Enterprise Architect. The error is on happing in the ntdll.dll.

I have uninstalled and re-installed it several times but I get the same
error.

Has anyone experience this?
