Just out of curiosity, what are the actual differences between 2003 and
2002. I just loaded 2003 to see how it looks and it appears to be
exactly the same to me. Are there any noticeable or beneficial
advantages or did they just fix some bugs?

bug fixes, some new features, and the ability to use .net version 1.1, 2002
will not let you use 1.1, only 1.0

So essentially there are no real differences.

Are there differences between the two different .net frameworks 1.0 and
1.1 or the same bug fixes?

-Ivan

lots of new features added in 1.1 and APS.NET had a lot of functions added
to it, in 2003 C++ now has a forms editor also for managed C++, in 2002 it
didnt have one..

VS.NET 2003 uses .NET 1.1, that's the biggest advantage. The changes in
the IDE are minimal.
