Visual Studio 2005 Community Technology Preview March 2004

I was browsing through MS downloads and noticed this item and it prompted 2
questions (actually 1 question and one supposition):

1. Is this the same bits as the PDC bits that most of us already have or
is it newer?

2. I suppose that because of the name, that we will not see the next VS
until 2005. I hope they mean 'Early' 2005.
 
Is this the same one handed out a the recent Microsoft Development
conference. I want to say it was called DevEd ? A couple of the guys here
went to it in Chicago, and received a DVD with Whidbey on it.
