does someone know when Visual Studio 2005 will be available...?

No. Just sometime in 2005. Beta2 is supposed to be out sometime this month. But, may not be.

As soon as there *is* an official date, it will be posted on the page.
My best *guess* is sometime between July and end of September 2005.
