Visual Studio 2003. NET Installation Issue

I currently have Visual Studio 6.0 Enterprise installed on my pc but I
would like to build a small web site using Visual Studio 2003 . NET.

Would there be a compatibility problem if I installed Visual Studio
2003. NET on the same pc or would the two applications run ok
independently from each other?

I have seen machine with VS 2003 and 2005 or 2005 and 2008 on the same
machine being installed and used with no problems. So, no you're not going
to have an issue with VS 6.0.
