Visual Inheritance in Smart Device Applications

Hello,

Has anynone managed to use Visual Inheritance in Windows CE .Net projects?
Anytime I am trying to derive a form from another I get:

Resource transformation for file 'MainForm.resx' failed. Invalid ResX
input. Could not find valid "resheader" tags for the .NET Compact Framework
ResX reader & writer type names. Make sure this Resx file is a .NET Compact
Framework Resx file.

The designer in VS.NET 2003 does not support visual inheritance for CF
projects.
