Visual c++ Runtime Library Error

I have been having a problem with this error coming up and I do not have the
google toolbar. I have tried everything, I even crashed my computer and
reloaded. Does anyone have any ideas to help me out?

Hi,
What else you have installed on your computer from Anti-virus, anti-Spyware,
this error can happen if you have a corrupt/ damaged software or files/folders
Do you have Internet Rover installed on your computer.

The complete error message would help, including the title.

Runtime Error
This program has been asked to shutdown in an unusual way.
C:\programs files\interent explorer\iexplorer.exe

Something along that line.
