Visual C++ Runtime Libary Error

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Im trying to add a second user account to my computer,
but after ive set it up i cant open or even use internet
explorer and get a error message with Visual C++ Runtime
Libary Error.....

but as u can see it works just fine on my account???

Try the following and see if it helps:

Register these files:

1. Click on Start -- Run
2. Type Regsvr32 softpub.dll
3. Click OK

and.............

Script Debugging Problem

Open IE
Tools | Advanced
Under Browings:
Disable Script Debugging - Check it
Display a notification about every script error - Uncheck it
Apply
OK

with the details and any error messages.

First, clear the cache and history in IE, while
in that account. And make sure the home page
isn't set to something funny.

Second, clear out any obvious junk apps
that might be running in the background that
may interfere, check the registry run key, and startup
folders for clues.

Also, check the event viewer to get more
info on the error.

You could also try increasing the permissions on that
account, at least for troubleshooting.
