1. Can I run Visual Studio C++ 2005 on NT 4.0 SP6a?
2. Can I create applications for NT 4.0 SP6a with Visual Studio C++ 2005?

No.

2. Can I create applications for NT 4.0 SP6a with Visual Studio C++ 2005?

No. But there are some workarounds (like statically linking):
