I actually don't know of any VB6 toolbar code for IE. The above msdn article
will explain what interfaces to use.

I have done one in VB using an ActiveX document, but this is just a
workaround. Most of the commercial Toolbars are written in Delphi. Try
effectivebrand.com

I thing you want BHO or ActiveX controler, not VB code, but I may be
misstacken.
