Visual Basic Error after loading Adobe

Hi,

I have Office XP on an XP Pro machine. I loaded adobe acrobat reader.
After I did this I am now getting an error every time I open an e-mail note
in MS Outlook. It says " The Macros in this project are disabled. Please
refer to the online help or documentation of the host application to
determine how to enable macros. When I click OK everything is fine but I
want this message to go away. Did loading adobe alter something with either
Word or outlook?

Thanks,

Possibly. In Word, check your macro settings and the code in Word's VBA environment.

Sounds like you need to adjust the macro security level in word. You are
using Word for your email editing software? If so open Word and go to Tools
.... Macros ... Security ... Change the security level to high first, and try
it or medium if that doesnt work - I believe medium prompts you to choose
whether you want to allow macros to run in word. You can also tell word to
trust certain apps at this location (Trusted Publishers tab) so you dont
have to deal with constant prompts ... or tell it to trust all installed
add-ins and templates by checking the box ... I think you must close out and
re-open for these changes to take effect.
