You can still find Visual Basic or Visual Studio 6.0 on retail sites on the
internet. If you want to buy from Microsoft then you would buy Visual Basic
or Visual Studio .NET and downgrade your license to Visual Basic or Visual
Studio 6.0. There are instructions on the Microsoft site on how to do this.
