What is Visual Basic 6.0, Enterprise Edition that has appeared in MSDN this
month?

If no one else has a guess, here's my guess.

VC++6 programs can be migrated to VC++2005 without too much trouble, just as
VB4 programs could be migrated to VB6 without too much trouble.

For VJ++6, I don't know, maybe someone else knows.

For VB6, it looks like maybe Microsoft figured out that there's still no
migration route for megatons of existing projects.

So maybe Microsoft only deleted two-thirds of Visual Studio 6.
 
Looks like MS is releasing forward products as well as backward products to
really confuse us all.

VB6 Editions include Learning, Standard, Professional, and Enterprise.
VB6 Enterprise is not new. In NET, an "Enterprise" edition is known
as a "Team" edition.

I use it for several years now ,,,,,,,, i expected it to dissapear from the
MSDN collection
