Click Start, all programs, accessories, windows explorer. By default
this opens to your "Documents" folder. An alternative is to click Start,
Computer. This opens to display the various drives you have installed,
and you can explore from there.

You can click your Start menu and on the upper right there are links to your
name, Documents, etc. That is a quick way. The long way is Start > Programs
