vista windows mail for w-xp ??

hello:

now wouldn't it be nice if you could download windows mail to be used in
w-xp, just as you can do with IE7 and WMP11 ??

this is the first time in my life that I really LIKE the MS mail client! I
have always HATED OE as well as outlook, so I didn't know what happened to
me when I started using windows mail!

BUT... I am afraid this is not available as a separate download? and if so,
does anybody know why (it isn't)?
