Vista Windows Fax & Scan

I am trying to access Windows Fax & Scan through Start -> All Programs, but
it doesn't seem to be there - I have Vista Home Premium. Any ideas on
whereelse I can find it or where I can download it from?

You haven't been paying attention. It is only provided with Vista Business
or Ultimate.
 
Cain't do it.

To Scan:
Try Windows Photo Gallery --> File - Import from Camera/Scanner

To fax:
Try web searching "free online fax" there are a ton and I am not going to
endorse one.

Hope this gets you there.

In my Ultimate 64, it is under Start > All Programs > Windows Fax and Scan
(program, not a folder). It is a barely-adequate scan program.
