Once Outlook has been opened and the Inbox opened,
how do you open a specific email? What is the
command word?
It is easy to end up in the wrong newsgroup using the online interface, and
that's what you did... this newsgroup is for technical discussions of and
questions and answers about Microsoft Access database software. Go back to
the interface and scroll until you find newsgroups about Outlook.
When you ask your question, it might help you get the correct answer if
you'd tell what version of Outlook and of Windows you are using.
As far as I know, the Outlook interface is visual, so you will scroll down
your inbox to the message that appears to be the one you want, and then
click or double click. "Command words" haven't been common since the days of
DOS, pre-Windows.
