VISTA USB Errors - Printer

I have a Vista Business SP 1 box. Since the latest update whenever I
turn on my printer (Samsung ML-1210). Now whenever I turn on the
printer the PC reboots. And I have removed and reinstalled the drivers.
 
What else have you added recently on the USB ports (if anything).

Have you tried another USB port?

Is the USB port on the rear of the PC, the front of the PC or on a hub? If
a hub, powered or unpowered?

Did you use System Restore to go back to before the last update? If so, did
it recur?
 
When you refer to reinstalling the drivers are you referring to the latest
Vista drivers for your printer from the Samsung Website?
Have you tried shutting down disconnecting the printer then rebooting and
shutting down again and reconnecting the printer and rebooting again?

Does it reboot because of system crash?
if so, contact Samsung support and they will instruct you how to
collect the information for troubleshooting (dumps, eventlog, etc.)
