hi i was wondering if i buy vista home premium upgrade edtion will i be able
to upgrade both mine and my dads computer, or do i have to buy it twice?

I have the business edition that I received from the Power Together program
and want to upgrade to the Ultimate. Will I be able to also purchase the two
keys for my wifes computer and my laptop?

I don't see why not.

1. Upgrade the Business to Ultimate.
2. Buy the family pac of Home Premium with your new Ultimate key.

Be sure you have your product keys registered or it will give you an error
screen when ordering but won't say why.

I just purchased my Home premium key for my laptop. I have Ultimate on my
desk top.

On a side note, after reading through the license info for Office std 2007,
you are still allowed to put it on a desktop and one laptop using the same
key.
