Vista upgrade

Hi all,
I have rc1 ultimate installed on my pc, when Vista comes out will i be able
to install a lesser version without formating, I have windows for many years
and i know that you could not installed an older version if you had a newer
windows without formating.

No, you won't be able to "downgrade" without formatting the drive to get rid
of the Ultimate Edition first.
