vista upgrade problem

upgraded to vista premium when i first bought my p.c using anytime upgrade, I
had to reboot the computer and im now back to vista basic . Anyone know how
to get it back i cant find the security key, or dose anyone know a good forum
ware i might be able to get help cheers.

Very confusing. What do you mean by back to Vista Basic. You Upgraded to Premium and when you rebooted after the Upgrade the Upgrade did not install?? Or what exactly did happen or what is the issue exactly.

If you used anytime upgrade, then you need to go into digital locker to
retrieve it. See:
