I ordered my Windows Vista upgrade trough the link on the HP website but i
did not get a confirmation email of my order.
Luckaly there was a option to print a confirmation page and i did that.

Can i send in the page instead or does the email contain more orderspecifics.

I mean, if you don't have a emailadress (and believe me, some people have)
what else is there to do than to sent in the page.

I have sent several emails to (e-mail address removed) but they all
bounced back because they were qeued to long.

I'm a little bit desperate here because i cant reach them by phone.

It is the holidays and the weekend and the new year.

Anyhow, they won't be shipping upgrades until after Vista gets a public
release, right?

"5. The upgrade software will ship within approximately 6-8 weeks from the
later (sic) of the date your completed redemption is received or the
applicable language version has been release in your country."

Since Vista really isn't due until Jan 30th, IITC, the upgrades aren't due
out until another month or so after that.

I am aware of this all but you have to give your creditcardnumber in order to
pay for the shipping and handlingcosts and i do not want to be billed for
something that i dit not receive because of a faulty ordering procedure.

And i am not sure that Microsoft will give me notice that sending in the
page isn't proper procedure.
