I has buy "Microsoft® Windows Vista Ultimate UPGRADE Download" from Circuit
City
it have 3 files
boot.wim
install.wim
X13-49120.exe
Could me create a boot DVD install Vista from dos?
 
No, those files will not create a bootable DVD, even if they did, the
upgrade MUST be installed from within an activated XP installation.
 
probably should ask Circuit City what to do with those files.
