and i chose windows XP pro for my computer ... will i still get the free
upgrade?? And if i buy windows xp pro .. can i choose to upgrade to vista
home premium instead of buisness edition???

and i think theres a little mistake on
www.microsoft.com/malaysia/promo/freeupgrade/tnc.aspx

there stated 26 October 2006 to 15 March 2006 to qualify for the Windows
Vista upgrade

i think i should be 15 march 2007 .... or maybe 15 march to 26 october 2006

That'd be up to Dell, you should ask them before buying.

No, that is not a supported upgrade scenario. Pro upgrades to Business or
Ultimate editions.

According to Dell's Website, if you Purchase XP Pro Edition, you will be
able to get a Free Copy of Windows Vista Business Edition from
http://www.dellvistaupgrade.com.
