Vista Ultimate Activation Problems after Free Dell Update

Hi There,

I updated my Operating System to Vista Ultimate with the disc that Dell
supply which you dont need a product key for. But my system is now restricted
weeks after I done the update and is saying that the product key is invalid.

Does anybody have any ideas on how to resolve my situation please?

You would still need a product key if you got the OS from Dell. It should
either be on your computer, or on a DVD case that you received from them. If
not, you would have to give them a call and explain it to them. They should
be able to get you a key and get you back up and running.
