How you get into *your* BIOS depends on your hardware. All my computers
require that I hit the Delete key while the boot screen is visible to enter
the BIOS. However, I've seen Dell computers that use (IIRC) the F2 key for
BIOS access.

Try this: While the initial boot screen in displayed, hit your Pause key,
then look at your boot screen. There should be information displayed on BIOS
entry procedures. The manual that came with your computer should also have
the information.

Usually, to get into the BIOS, you can hit the "Delete" button when you
first hit the power button. Depending on the hardware, it may be F1, F2 or
F10... But 90% of the time, it's Delete. Before Windows starts.

As shown above, once you get into the BIOS, you'll need to find a section
that relates to "Boot Device Priority" or something of words to that effect.

New BIOS software tends to group drives. Hard Disks will be bundelled
together, RAID devices and Optical drives into their own groups as well.
Change the boot order so that a CD-ROM is at the top of the list.

If the drives are put into groups, make sure that, if you have more than one
Hard Disk drive, the drive you want to install Windows on is at the top of
the list in the group configuration for Hard Disks. This is different from
the boot order list. You shouldn't have to touch this setting unless the BIOS
has been reset and another Hard Disk has been automatically chosen as the
primary Hard Disk.
