Windows Vista Vista - system restor corrupt

Hi,

New Toshiba laptop , fresh install. Vista home premium, SP1, this problem is the same in a second computer ? OP ver 6.0.2295.253.0490

Before install Outpost
- deactivate windefender and stop the service
- shutdown firewall ad stop the service
(Outpost don't yet known stop these services at install)

- don't have yet an anti- spy, virus or any anti-something (this because it's also a problem when installing OP)

Install OP
- reboot, learning mode for a week, all OP is working fine
- Problem : it's possible to make a restore point but it's impossible to restore or view restor points
- it was working fine before OP install. I verified because it's the same in another computer with almost same configuration.

Someone knows how correct this (other then uninstall OP)

If its a new laptop, take it back to where it came from and get them to look at itbefore you go breaking your warrenty, thats if it is still under warrenty..??
