Hi,
Can anyone either tell me or point me to a site that has the specifications
for all the Vista systems.
I've just bought a new system that came with Linux on it, and changed that
too an old copy of Win2K I have, and need to know if it'll take Vista or if
I'll be better to upgrade it from XP.

Also anyone got an idea as to how to run the Vista upgrade advisor in Win2K,
if at all possible.

Thanks
B

If you are currently using Windows 2000 Professional,
you are eligible for an upgrade copy to a corresponding
or better edition of Windows Vista, but a clean install is required.

For a short list see
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsvista/getready/systemrequirements.mspx. For
more detail see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/919183.

Not possible.

Thanks folks,
Looks like all I'll need to do is add more ram to my system, which I
intended to do anyway.

Thanks
