Vista SP2 Offer from Windows Update

I've just been offered Windows SP2 via my Windows Update manager. My history
on this computer is excellent with regards to updates so I'm inclined to
have this update installed. Everything regarding updates is current except
for IE-8.

My one reservation is that I've declined to update IE-8 in the recent past
as I'm a Firefox user and I've seen all the traffic about how cloggy IE has
been for some.

I tried finding out if Vista SP2 includes IE-8 but am having no luck. Can
someone tell me if Vista SP2 includes IE-8? And if so, is there a way to
download SP2 but choose not to have IE-8 included.

FWIW I use FireFox as my default browser, I did update to IE8 without
problems, occassionally I have to use IE to access certain sites were I'm
required to log-in

I'm just running Vista SP2 using Windows Mail
(similar to an OLD OExp.)
You can use Win Mail without any hesitation.
