Vista shows a A: drive that isn't installed.

I put together a PC with no floppy (A:) but Vista seems to believe that I
have one installed. I have disabled it in the BIOS but it still keeps
showing a A: drive. Any one run into this before?
 
Yes, my new Vista PC (custom build also) does the same thing -- nothing is
attached to the motherboard's floppy drive header, but Vista shows the A:
drive as being a floppy. I've not had the machine long enough to fool wtih
this yet. Probably the first place to check is the MS Vista Knowledge Base.
