Vista screen display - different from XP?

I am hoping that someone can tell me whether MS Office programs display
differently in Vista than in XP, specifically the Office 2007 beta
programs.

The reason I am asking is that I am writing a book on Outlook and have
been taking all my screen shots in XP. The publisher suddenly decided
that the book's figures should have the "Vista look" but I do not want
to redo them if I don't need to. The screen shots show only the program
window itself or program dialog boxes, never the desktop or other non-
program stuff.

Thanks,

If you are running Vista with the AERO (glass) interface, then they will
look a little different. Even without AERO the basic Vista theme is
different, meaning even just the colors are going to look different. With
AERO you would also get the glass effect. While on a grand scheme these
differences are not necessarily relevant to how the application functions,
the screen shots will look slightly different if you created them on Vista
rather than on XP.

If the program is theme-enabled (as Office 2007 must be) then it will
look different depending on the theme. And Vista theme is different from
XP theme. If the user selects Classic Theme then it will look the same
on XP and Vista.

No it will not.
Classic on Vista is different to how it is on XP.

But the windows of a given application will be very similar, no? Maybe
the title bar will be slightly different, but all the buttons, etc.,
will be the same.

But no matter. Recent versions of Office are surely theme-enabled, and
most people do not use Classic theme, so Office will look different.
