Vista RTM failure

I have tried to install the RTM several times now and for some reason it
keeps failing at the Completing Upgrade Screen. It just stops and goes into
rollback with no errors or any indication of whats wrong. I am trying to
upgrade an RC2 install. Where can I send the setupact.log to get an idea of
whats happening?

What's happening is that RTM may not (in your case, apparently WILL NOT)
upgrade any release past RC1. You will have to wipe the hard drive and
install clean.
