I am currently running Vista Ultimate on my notebook at work. I upgraded
from Windows XP. I now want to blat my notebook and re-install Vista fresh
as I am having some issues. I got a feeling that the MSDN KEY I used from
the company may have already been activated a number of times and may have
also reached its limit. Is there any thing I can do to get my copy activated
if I do re-install?

If, in fact, all the available activations have been used, your company's
designated MSDN point of contact (POC) should be able to contact MSDN by
phone to obtain additional activations. I've never done this myself, so you
might want your POC to make the call ahead of time.
