vista rc1

right now I have the build 5384 it works alright except with a few issues
with windows mail I was wondering I want to stay up dated should I try to
get vista rc1 or stay with what I have? I dont want to be left out in the
cold . or is rc1 for those dual core people? and how do I get a copy of it I
just want to do stuff right.

Go for RC1, it is much better.
If you got 5384 officially from MS, then you will get an email from them
eventually with a link to download it. Although if you search hard enough
you will find the link posted in here.
You have to use the product key you used for 5384. So if you still have the
email from MS originally make sure you copy the product key on a piece of
paper before changing OS. If you have not got the key, use one of the
programs also posted in here to recover your product key from your system.
Its imperitive you get the key before attempting to install RC1
