Can somebody please tell me the link for downloading the Vista RC2 and if
possible the size of the download.

you might want to try and get from a bit torrent site with a program like
utorrent you should be able to get it from there.

It's on usenet also
 
RC2 was posted for a very limited time. If all goes well the RTM version
will be released this month to major OEM manufacturers. That of course
assumes that all the major bug issues are solved.
