Windows Vista Vista Problem

Hi there,

I have recently purchased a new PC with Vista Home Premium, when on the internet, Orange Broadband, when logged on on the Orange Home when I try to log in to check my e-mails expolorer always shuts down, it also happens with a few other sites to. Is this an inherrant problem with Vista? and is there anything i can do to prevent this happenning as at the moment i can not check my e-mails.

Are you getting any error messages when this happens..? If so what are they..? Try downloading FireFox 3 as a back up browser, lol you might even be converted..
 
It's not an inherent Vista problem....
Without more information like errors/warnings from Event Viewer I couldn't tell you what causes it.
Possibilities.... Virus, Spyware/ Malware, Corrupt cache, Security setting.....
