I have Vista home premium on my new computer, but it is not allowing me to do
any editing or publishing on my website. Everything was fine when I was on MS
XP but now I have to borrow someone elses computer with MS XP or 2000 to
access and edit my website. Has anyone else experienced this? How can I
overcome this problem?

You'd need to be more specific on the errors you're encountering, including
any error messages, the particular software package(s) you're using etc It's
a bit of a vague question as it stands.

I gather this problem must be something to do with my website's server not
having the right software to support editing and publishing with Vista, but
if the server cannot put this right, am I going to have work on an XP
computer every time I want to work on my website?

I would think it is a problem with whatever software you are using to edit &
publish the pages.
Are using an HTML editor, FTP?
