I wonder if anyone has experienced the problem I am having with Power Options on Home Vista?
The power options shut down my USB and wireless adaptor so when I wake the computer I am no longer connected. I then have to restart the computer to re-establish the connection.
I have been into the power options and tried to make appropriate changes but am unable to save the changes - I am not given the opiton to save/apply!

I am unsure what else to try. I followed instructions posted from this site which werr clear and easy to follow but still was not given the option of saving my customised plan!

Feel defeated - any ideas?

If you go in to device manager and then go to properties on your wireless adapater, then click the power options tab and untick "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". Then click OK.

That might do the trick :)
