I suddenly find confusion in my folders and all the emails collected in the
folders classified under their numbers, but when one asks for them they
'cannot be found' - I cannot find the maeesage part of any email though all
the descriptive parts are there. Norton says all is fine but that calnnot be!
I also find half my documents have been shipped to something called Local
Folders. Any one alse had trouble? DB

Many thanks. You are quite right. I was told the 2005 had to be updated to
2007 when I bought Vista! Today they say too that thay are incompatible. Now
I'm in AVG, but how can I get 'local folders' folder off the desktop and the
messages back in their frames in my email? db

What is AVG? They say 50million computers are protected. I down loaded it and
a great deal of grief followed. I cannot fing grisoft.com on whois either.
The next morning their icon and folders had all gone. I would stay clear
until they are put undoubtedly above board. db

I apologise: I put it in and it disappeared overnight and I had a large
number of trojans and some viruses. These were partly got rid of by mcavee.
Today I uninstalled Professional 2003 - for unrelated reasons -and
reinstalled it (the parts I wanted). This evening when I asked for windows
mail while on the net 'Internet options 'comes up and that is all I can get,
I am quite unable to get a mail page up. What has gone wrong now? I have
trouble not relating all these matters together. DB
