Vista okay, Windows Explorer not!

I know this topic has come up on this board frequently, but I feel I need to
vent.

I'm an IT computer tech and I've been using Windows since the old 3.0 days.
Now since Win95 we all have had the ability to use Windows Explorer, a clean
and easy to use file explorer. XP threw me for a loop with all the added
features, but the one thing I could count on was Win explorer to help ease me
along. Now I've been messing around with Vista beta2 and gone is the nice
familiar Win Explorer, in it's place is a bloated and confusing file
explorer. I understand we need to change and adapt, but I feel that MS needs
to at least have the option of enabling Windows Explorer in Vista to be like
that of Windows XP/2000.

Open Computer > open Folders at the bottom of the left margin

and you have the Explorer look of folders and files.

Thanks, but I did know this, but feel that this is still too clunky and
crowded with all the favorite links and other crap. I just feel it would be
nice to have a more XP/2k style to the UI
