I purchased Vista Buisness 64bit today, can anyone tell me what this means
3pk DSP, 3 OEI DVD? Does it mean what I think, it can be installed on 3
machines.

Yes it's three pack.

That sounds like you bought a 3 pack for 3 pcs. OEM media comes in 1 pack
(single pc) and 3 pack (3 pcs). The 3 pack will have 3 DVDs and 3 product
keys.
