Since you're using OE, go to Tools -> Newsgroups. Enter
microsoft.public.window.vista in the search box.

Actually you have to enter "microsoft.public.windows.vista" to get anything
[I just tried, anything less don't cut it]. Sorry!

I know very well how to search for newsgroups...
the problem was that I had not refreshed my newsgroup list for some time
and these vista newsgrous are new.
