Has anyone else noticed how much worse Vista is than XP in networking? Before
I had Vista I could easily connect to any wireless network. Now it takes
Vista forever to find and connect to any network. Don't even get me started
on trying to find non-broadcasting networks. - Plus the network repair
function was a lot more useful to use when it didnt try to ask you so many
useless questions. I know how to use a computer, I wish it wouldn't be like
AOL and treat me like a moron.

On the contrary, I noticed that Vista is better, more powerful and flexible
than WZC in XP.
What you see can be a driver issue - be sure to get the latest updated driver for your WLAN card.
The repair function has some glitches, but I had no reasons to use it often if at all.

AJ,

Thanks for your post. I'm sorry you're experiencing problems. Your comment
about the network repair function asking so many questions confused me a bit.
The "Diagnose and Repair" option asks you no questions that I'm aware of.
It runs, and then if it finds an issue and thinks it can resolve it, it
offers you three repairs to choose from. Is that what you were commenting on?
