On what edition of Vista can I put MUI on?

It use to be Professional only on XP, but there are so many edition of Vista
now....

I think it is only Ultimate and Enterprise. Chances are you are not a large
company with a volume license agreement, so the only option for you is
Ultimate.

"Beginning with Windows Vista, all Windows operating system versions
are enhanced with the latest MUI technology. Even if an operating
system has only single-language localization support, the MUI
technology is still working to provide user interface localization. As
long as licensing allows, an MUI pack can be added on top of any
language system of Windows Vista."
