Can someone confirm that it is now impossible to write to
registry\localmachine on Windows Vista using .NET FX 2.0 + .NET FX 3.0

Can't the developer put application into "Administrator" mode for the user.

Screw that, I'll have my installer do the work with a ounce off "allow"
