Every time the computer is booted, Windows media centre fails with the
following info...

(pvr-150 MCE edition with vista drivers)

my problem is i cannot find where to switch on media cetre.
task manager is permitted in another area it is stopped

i cannot find where to switch it back on, my system is home premium.
