vista mail list

In my Vista address book I have my contacts in different folders. When I
send a e-mail to someone my contacts are all there but no folders, so the
names in my folders appear and the list is forever too long. Does someone
know what I mean? How to arrange my contact list?

I am having the same problem. I have been able to create "subgroups" but when I click on "To" in "create mail" they are not there; only a complete list of my addresses which is extensive. I realise that I can create individual "users" but this is useles as I want to be able to catergorise my contacts under the one user. If this is not possible as it was in "Outlook Express" then it is a totally retrograde step.
