Ok, I have had time to test pre RC-1 and like what I see so far. Obviously
Microsoft is a ways off from having this done.

What is everyone's thoughts on Microsoft releasing on Jan 30th? Anyone think
we'll see another delay?
 
Compared to how far it has improved in the past month or so, I honestly think MS will make there goal. Granted, it may be released with some bugs still in it, but that is what windows update is for.

ALL operating systems ship with bugs in them... they just might not be known
bugs at the time.
 
No, MS has slapped 'delay' requests in the face. They are shipping in Jan for
oem and retail. I think Vista rtm will stand on it's own.
